Kingdom Come: Deliverance – The Countdown Begins

By Badger Chadwick

There are just 12 days left until Warhorse Studios epic medieval sage Kingdom Come: Deliverance finishes its four-year journey from incredibly successful Kickstarter to console and PC.

To celebrate, its release date being almost upon us Warhorse studios have released a brand new gameplay trailer to further tease us about Henry’s journey and the fate of Bohemia in 1403.

Tolstoy once stated that “The two most powerful warriors are patience and time”. While true for fighting in Kingdom Come: Deliverance, standing on the edge of a civil war and facing the desperate need for revenge, neither Bohemia nor Henry have any time to waste and will need to find another path to succeed.

Along with the new trailer, Warhorse has also divulged that due to the multiple paths possible in the game there is in fact over one million words of written backstory which according to them is over twice the amount of text contained in the entire Lord of the Rings saga!!

Kingdom Come: Deliverance boasts an impressive array of features such as:

Massive realistic open world: Majestic castles, vast fields, all rendered in stunning high-end graphics
Non-linear story: Solve quests in multiple ways, then face the consequences of your decisions
Challenging combat: Distance, stealth, or melee. Choose your weapons and execute dozens of unique combos in battles that are as thrilling as they
are merciless
Character development: Choose your equipment, improve your skills, and earn new perks
A dynamic world: Your actions influence the reactions of the people around you. Fight, steal, seduce, threaten, persuade, or bribe. It’s all up to you
Historical accuracy: Meet real historical characters and experience the genuine look and feel of medieval Bohemia
