Charlotte from Clubit chatted to Jon about ESPER at EGX in Birmingham at the NEC on 24th September 2015.

The game itsself is set in a parallel 1975, whereby some of the populous are discovered to have telekinetic abilities. The player has to solve a succession of telekinetic puzzles, in which to pass a government aptitude test.

The aforementioned aptitude tests get incrementally more difficult as the player progresses through the game. The concept is awesome. However the dialogue and voice acting are a master-class in narrative. It’s just great. Taking inspiration from games such as Portal & The Stanley Parable you can imagine the bench-mark the team at Coatsink set themselves.

We interviewed John / Jon about the game in this video below!
