Happy Movember folks! Its the 1st day of November and once again the time has come where millions of men around the world will be growing moustaches in the name of mens health. Now in its 10th year there are official Movember campaigns in 21 countries around the world and last year alone Movember raised over £92 million.
The main causes that Movember supports and helps raise awareness for are: prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mens mental health related issues. In the UK Movembers main health partners are Prostate Cancer UK and The Institute of Cancer Research.
Once again Clubit TV will be getting involved and helping to promote Movember – If you would like to join our team or donate please click here.
If you are wanting to get involved and grow a moustache during November, the Movember rules are as follows:
1/ Once registered at http://moteam.co/clubit each Mo Bro must begin the first day of November with a clean shaven face.
2/ Mo Bro’s need to grow and groom a moustache for the entire month of November.
3/ No beards allowed – ie the moustache cannot join the side burns.
4/ Sorry no goattees allowed either – the moustache handlebars are not allowed to join at the chin (it needs to be a proper moustache).
5/ Finally each Mo Bro must conduct himself like a true gent.
